Shipping Policy
All orders received will be shipped on the next business day.
We strongly advise all customers to use USPS Priority Mail for deliveries in the United States because of its affordability, and prompt service. Shipments will generally arrive anywhere in the continental United States in 2 or 3 days. We also offer several services from UPS.
Shipping rates are based on weight and location. For packages 1lb and under, shipping will be $5.35 to anywhere in the Continental United States. For packages over 1lb, shipping is determined by location, and will normally be anywhere from $5.40 to $8.00 using USPS Priority mail.
Currently most of our inventory are full size retail boxes, weighing over 1lb. However, many of the new games are being released in the mini box retail version, and weigh under 1lb. To find out the weight of a package, please email us at mailto:admin@hawk-enterprise.com
For International orders, additional charges may apply. Please note that you are responsible for any and all foreign Customs Charges and/or Duties. We are unable to undervalue shipments for Customs purposes. All prices on our web site are in US Dollars and shipping is always an additional charge.

Returns Policy
All Sales Should be Considered Final. Returns will only be accepted under the following conditions:
- 1. If you have not opened the box, you can return the product to us for refund, credit or replacement within 14 days.
- 2. If the product will not work on your computer due to a manufacturers defect, you may return it to us for refund, credit or replacement within 14 days.
- 3. If the product wil not work on your computer bacause it does not meet the minimum requirements, or is not compatible with your computer, you my return it within 14 days, however, you will be charged a 15% restocking fee.
You must return the product to us undamaged AND in perfect condition, unregistered, and with all manuals and enclosures that shipped with the product. You must return it in the protective cardboard box or other similar shipping carton like the one we used to ship it to you originally. Damaged or incomplete products are subject to restocking fees of from 10% to 50%. In cases of major damage or abuse, the product may be refused. Shipping charges are NOT refundable under any circumstances.
